Build Games People Actually Want to Play

Our mobile game development training isn't about teaching you theory from textbooks. It's about working with real projects, solving actual problems, and understanding what makes players come back.

We launched this program in 2022 after realizing most developers coming into the Taiwan mobile game market had technical skills but struggled with practical implementation.

So we built something different. You'll work alongside our team on live projects starting from day one.

Real Feedback From People Who've Been Through It

"

I joined expecting lectures and got thrown into debugging a live game instead. Terrifying at first, but I learned more in three weeks than I did in two years of online courses.

The instructors don't sugarcoat things. If your code is messy, they'll tell you. If your game mechanic doesn't work, they'll explain why. That honesty helped me grow faster than any positive-only environment would have.

What surprised me most was how much time we spent on user testing. Not just building features, but actually watching people play and figuring out why they quit or kept going. That's the real skill.

How the Program Works

We run intensive sessions twice a year. The next cohort starts in September 2025, with applications opening in June.

What You'll Actually Do

Forget sitting through weeks of PowerPoint slides. You'll start coding on day two.

We break you into small teams and assign each group a real project from our backlog. Sometimes it's fixing bugs in existing games. Sometimes it's building new features for upcoming releases.

  • Week 1-2: Get familiar with our codebase and tools
  • Week 3-8: Work on your assigned project with daily check-ins
  • Week 9-12: User testing, iteration, and refinement
  • Final week: Present your work to the full team

What We Expect From You

You don't need to be an expert, but you should have basic programming knowledge. We're not going to teach you what a variable is.

More importantly, you need to be comfortable with uncertainty. Game development means trying things that might not work. If you need constant reassurance, this probably isn't the right fit.

The schedule is demanding. Expect to put in 30-35 hours per week over three months. We run evening and weekend sessions to accommodate people with day jobs, but you'll need to manage your time carefully.

After the Program

We don't promise jobs. We don't promise income. What we offer is practical experience and connections in Taiwan's mobile game industry.

Some graduates have joined our team. Others have moved to different studios. A few decided game development wasn't for them and went in completely different directions.

What you do with the skills is up to you. We just provide the foundation and the environment to build on it.
